Change your sound preferences depending on your environment. PDA’s should take a clue from cell phones and give you pre-assigned options for meetings, travel, etc. In the absence of that, you will have to remember to change the settings when you go into a meeting. You can always simply slie the sound switch to off which cuts off all sounds. That’s a sure bet. However, the device will still vibrate if you selected that option.
