We had a chance to sit down with Rick recently. He answered our questions and gave some insights into what makes him tick. Click here for a full Bio. What is your favorite sport? I love to exercise at the gym. It's not a sport per se, but it is a form of exercise and recreation. I played soccer and basketball when I was a child. My work schedule is too busy to alow me the opportunity to commit to playing on a team these days. I like the solitude of working out at the gym. I wear my iPod and listen to inspirational content from CD's or podcasts. It helps to broaden my mind and expand my thinking. As for spectator sports, I like the fast pace of basketball. I used to be a diehard fan of the Sacramento Kings, but watch fewer games now. I like the thrill of the playoffs and watching your home team contend for the championship. What is your favorite travel destination? I love Hawaii. I love the culture and the slow pace of things. It's a contrast to my manic working schedule. The weather is great, albeit a little muggy. I'm not that much of a fan of poi, but I love the Kahlua Pork. I also love to go snorkeling, but have had some bad experiences with sunburn. Ouch! I also want to make it to Italy someday. It's such a center of history and religion. It would be fun to explore the architecture and museums. I'm an archeology buff. What is your favorite color? My favorite color is blue. That's the reason I selected blue for the color of my logo. It's important to feel comfortable in your business. Select colors which give you confidence. It doesn't hurt that blue is the color of serenity and calm. I think business owners need a little comfort when seeking the advice of a coach. Check back next month for more Trivia Tidbits. |
