We will not sell or rent your email address. PDA TipSynchronization is frankly an amazing process. I have synchronized a PDA more than a thousand times. Most of the time, it goes without a hitch. However, on occasion, there are problems. Give yourself a fighting chance by reducing the possibility for error. This starts with letting your desktop computer do its thing. Don’t try surfing the web, downloading files and checking your email at the same time. If you synchronize with Outlook, make sure the application is open. Otherwise, the synchronization may fail.
