So, be sure to leave a copy of messages on your domain server so they will download to your desktop or laptop. Then, periodically purge your email inbox. Do the same for your outbox, but take one additional step. Whenever you send an email from your PDA, include your own email address in the bcc line. To save yourself the trouble of reading your email messages, use an email account that you do not access via the PDA. I have over five email accounts I access regularly.
