The PDA Pro was founded by Rick Cooper in May 2003 in Sacramento, California. Rick has an entrepreneurial spirit that started in college when he had the opportunity to lead The Entrepreneurial Network at Sac State (CSU, Sacramento). The group invited local business leaders including Dale Carlsen from The Sleep Train, Trong Nguyen from La Bou and Sally Edwards from Fleet Feet.
